Biography

I grew up in Monticello, Utah. Through High School, I worked hard to excel in athletics and music. I was able to win 3 individual state wrestling titles and was an All-State Football player. I served a full-time service mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Houston, Texas and upon returning attended UVSC on a music scholarship and majored in Business Management. During school, I worked part-time in sales with a retail auto glass company and within 2 years I became the manager of the wholesale operation across the state.

In 2004 I became an agent with Farm Bureau Financial Services. I continued as an agent until 2008 when I was chosen to be an Agency Manager in New Mexico.

During my 12 years with Farm Bureau Financial Services, I developed a passion for helping individuals into our industry and assisting them in being successful. I received awards and recognition along the way, but none so rewarding as seeing the products we sell and how the work we do can positively impact our client’s financial future in such a substantial way.

We moved our family back to Utah and in May of 2016 and I joined Capstone Partners - Utah as a Brokerage Director and Chief Development Officer (CDO).

I enjoy being in the outdoors, athletics in general, music, dirt bikes, and golf. I especially love being able to do these activities with my family. Michelle and I have been happily married since 2002. Our lives and happiness revolve around our 5 children: Braden, Kyle, Aleah, Addison, and Brett. We value being active in service to others through our church and in our community.
