Ronald Ghilino joined Lee, Nolan & Koroghlian, LLC in 2020 with 40 years of insurance industry experience. He began his career as a home office underwriter with Columbian Mutual Life Insurance Company. He's help a number of consulting roles, been in notable leadership roles such as Vice-President of Members Alliance, the insurance agency he started from scratch at Affinity Federal Credit Union, and as the Life and Financial Services Trainer for the State of New Jersey at Farmers Insurance.
Ron earned a BA in Communication from Rutgers University and earned the Chartered Life Underwriter designation from the American College in 1994. He is life, accident, and health licensed, as well as P&C and Title Insurance licensed in several states.
Ron is an active member of the Rutgers Alumni Association, a Loyal Son of Rutgers, and a contributing writer to their 1766 Magazine. He is also involved in volunteer work with his church. He is a NJ native and resides with his wife, Mary, in Springfield. They have three grown children; Andrew, John and, Katherine. The entire family are Rutgers Alumni.
