Jeff has been working in the insurance industry for over 20 years, his first 16 were with Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company’s (MassMutual) Home Office. There he served in various capacities including Director of Compensation and Director of Recruiting for the West Region Agency Focus Team. Jeff then spent four years at Ohio National as the Regional Vice President of the Tri-State area, where he was responsible for driving Life Insurance sales. In his role, Jeff trained and supported financial professionals in growing their life insurance products through a personalized, consultative process. He is passionate about helping financial professionals reach their highest potential through product design, education, sales ideas for the markets they serve, and advanced planning concepts. In 2022, Jeff returned to the MassMutual family, joining MassMutual Greater Philadelphia to help lead their Brokerage Department.
As a Brokerage Director at MassMutual, Jeff makes available to insurance brokers the portfolio of MassMutual products including Whole Life and Term insurance, Disability Income Insurance products, Long Term Care Insurance, and Fixed Annuities. The company’s strong and growing network of financial professionals help their clients make good financial decisions for the long term.
Jeff is looking for successful, independent producers (brokers) who are interested in offering MassMutual products to their clients. In turn, you can expect one-on-one support for all your clients’ needs including case consultations, Estate and Business Planning expertise, marketing and illustration support, plan design plus product positioning strategies, and presentations.
