Grow your business with MassMutual
MassMutual Agency Brokerage Sales offers online training to contracted brokers for our Life, DI, Annuity products, and more. Partner with your local MassMutual brokerage director to create your development plan and build competencies. You can also choose to learn independently, using some of our most popular self-paced training topics and live learning events.

MassMutual offers web-based course trainings to its appointed brokers through RegEd. Trainings are available for Annuities and Life Products (including Life-LTC hybrid)
Certain states require product-specific training. Be certain to review the state and company required trainings prior to soliciting business. All training requirements are pre-solicitation, with the exception of AML.
AML training completed with another broker-dealer
If you are a Registered Representative who has already completed training through your broker-dealer, please notify us via email at AMLQ&A@MassMutual.com and we will confirm whether this training can be accepted.
In your email, please include:
• Name
• AA number
• Name of your broker dealer
• Date you completed the AML training
• A copy of your AML training certificate (if available)
NY Regulation 187 requirements
New York Regulation 187, also called “Suitability and Best Interests in Life Insurance and Annuity Transactions,” sets a standard of conduct for producers when interacting with clients and making recommendations for any life insurance or annuity business in New York state.
Producers submitting New York life insurance business must complete the following requirements:
• Best Interest and Suitability training
• MassMutual proprietary life product training associated with each product recommended or sold
Use the NY Regulation 187: MMFA Broker Training Quick Start Guide for additional information. Producers who have not completed the training will not be able to submit applications.

A Disability Income Insurance (DI) policy can help address the needs of people who are concerned about their loss of income should they become too sick or hurt to work. It can help clients meet financial obligations such as utility bills and mortgage payments during a prolonged period of disability.

- User Name = "0" plus your 6-digit AA number (must be 7-digits)
- Password = username from above plus the first four characters of your last name (in lower case)
