Heather is instrumental in developing, implementing, and maintaining policies and procedures that uphold the firm’s compliance with corporate standards and industry regulations, driving continuous improvement through strategic process enhancements.
As a member of GoldBook’s executive leadership team, Heather directs the firm’s brokerage operations with a focus on delivering unparalleled value through concierge-level service. She fosters and expands relationships with independent brokers and broker corporations in the financial services industry, ensuring they receive personalized support and responsive solutions tailored to their needs. Her leadership strengthens GoldBook’s network, enhances broker satisfaction, and supports the firm’s strategic growth objectives by prioritizing exceptional service standards.
With 30+ years of experience in the financial services industry, Heather possesses a comprehensive and multifaceted background. Prior to joining GoldBook Financial, she held positions as a stockbroker at UBS Financial Services, an agent at New York Life, and an Office Manager at Genworth Insurance Services. She holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Arizona State University.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Heather enjoys spending quality time remodeling her home and relaxing on the beach with her husband, Lawrence, and their daughters, Katharine and Samantha. Outside of her professional endeavors, Heather is an avid animal lover and devoted pet owner, caring for several cherished pets at home.
