Andy entered the industry in 2003 and joined MassMutual South Carolina in May 2004 as an Advisor. After a year in sales Andy moved over to the staff in a role of support for three agency product managers.

The year 2007 brought with it a promotion to New Business where he now serves as Director. 2025 brought an additional role as he formalized his support of the agency brokers by gaining the role and title of Agency Brokerage Director. Driven to see the advisors succeed has lead him to deepen his knowledge of the business. Pursuing the details of the New Business process has allowed him to see how important a short New Business cycle time is to the success of the Advisors/ Advisor teams.

He lives in Aiken with his wife Michelle and their three daughters. In his time outside the office he enjoys time with family and hiking around the Midlands. And talking to their chickens.
